Change management and career transition are areas of additional expertise. She is now on a quest to learn if expectations are different by generation.
She often coaches individuals who seek career transformation as well as business leaders who are challenged to transform organizations to meet the demands of the 21st century.
Dr. Cande enjoys her students, online teaching, reading and is a tech geek (with a little help). Her retirement plan is to teach from the beach — and she practices during her travels to find the perfect beach. Most of all, she enjoys her grandchildren and looks forward to attending their high school and college graduations!
Accredited by the Public Relations Society of America, Dr. Tschetter earned a Ph.D. in Business, concentrating in Organization and Management. She also holds a master of science degree in Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Community Development and Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
